If the donor believes that there was a mistake with the gift amount, purpose, or any other element, please email info@savetears.org with the facts as soon as possible. Anytime it is feasible, we will fix any such parameters that you want.

Please inform us of your decision to cancel the gift within 24 hours. We’ll give you your contribution back.

• The Save Tears Foundation provides its Donors with a return policy.
• Any request for cancellations and refunds of online donations that have been properly submitted to the website will only be considered if the donor considers that the amount of the gift was entered incorrectly.
• You will get an email containing information on your return and your reimbursement.
• There is no chance of receiving a refund after making an online gift to the Child Help and Care Foundation since we use this credit card, debit card, and net banking donation for the unique benefit of needy recipients.
• Online donations for social causes cannot be canceled after they have been made since they will be put to good use in community development, child sponsorship programs, and women empowerment initiatives.
• The same payment method(s) that were initially used to make the Donation will be utilised to process the refund.
• Please be aware that the reimbursement will be processed using today’s rupees.
• Only Indian Rupees are accepted as payment through our online payment gateway.
• Whether to repay the money or not is up to the trustees’ discretion.
