Case History: Mast Krushna Arun Jatale, 1.6yrs old boy who is suffering from large perimembranous sub aortic mal aligned VSD with severe infundibular and valvular PS. Perimembranous VSD is a common congenital heart defect that is unique in its proximity to the aortic valve AV valves and conductive tissue. The AV rode – locate in the posterior upper membranous ventricular septum – branches into the left and right bundles in the posterior lower margin. The surgery is require a heart lung machine while the heart is being operated on to ensure the rest of the body is getting blood. After that a patch is applied to the hole in the heart and sutured to close it. The patient is being operated in Balaji Heart Hospital and Diagnostic Centre Byculla–Mumbai.

Family Background: His father works as a farmer and his mother is a house wife. His father monthly income is only 3000/-. Since his father had to take care of the family and they are dependent on him, he is not in a position to bear the cost of the treatment of his son.
