Case History: Baby Anaya Jayswal a 03 Years old girl, who is suffering from a large Ostium Secundum ASD with mild Valvar PS. An ostium secundum atrial septal defect is an abnormally large opening in the atrial septum at the site of the foramen ovale and the ostium secundum. Open heart surgery. Surgery is required for patients with ostium premium and sinus venous ASD, based closure. Patients with secundum ASD may opt for catheter-based ASD closure. The patient will be operated on at Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre.

Family Background: Her father works as Labourer and her mother is a housewife. Her father’s monthly income is 7000/- since her parents’ financial condition is very poor and they have four members in their family.
