Case History: Mast Mohd Ali is 2.9yr old child, is suffering from global Development delay along with congenital anomalies
for which he was operated at one month of age. But unfortunately Mohd Ali global development didn’t improve for which
he being referred to the doctor, for his developmental has concerned Ali needs regular intervention sessions to overcome
this issue. The current program planned for him in which two types of therapy needs to be done every week which are as
follows
(1) Two occupation therapy (2) One Speech therapy.

Family Background: His father works as ward boy in laundry department at millat hospital and earn 12000 per month.Mother is a house wife and all the income of the family is depended on his father, his father is not in a position to bear the cost of his treatment.
