Case: Baby of Ajay Vishnu Kardel is a 08-days-old, premature male neonate. The baby was born preterm (before 30 weeks of gestation) with very low birth weight, classified as Preterm Low Birth Weight (PLBW), defined as a birth weight of less than 900 grams (5 lbs 8 oz). Due to prematurity and low birth weight, the neonate has incomplete physiological and organ system development, placing him at increased risk for neonatal complications such as  respiratory distress, infections, feeding intolerance, thermoregulation issues, and potential long-term developmental concerns. He is receiving treatment at NAMCO Hospitals, Nashik.

Family Background: The baby’s father works as a Farm Labour and earns a monthly income of only ₹ 5,500. The family has five members. The baby is their 1st child, and unfortunately . Due to the family’s poor financial condition and the current medical crisis, they are facing severe financial difficulties and are unable to afford the baby’s ongoing medical treatment. The family is in urgent need of financial assistance to help cover the treatment expenses and ensure that the baby receives the necessary medical care.
