Two Years Nine Month Old Vaishnavi Ghene Needs Your Support To Fight For Life

Case History: Baby Vaishnavi Ghene, a 2 and 9 month old female, is diagnosed with a large sinus venosus ASD with PAPVC of RUPV at SVC – Junction. Sinus venous syndrome comprises a sinus venosus ASD with a partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection (PAPVC) to the superior vena cava (SVC). Imperfect surgery in this condition may lead to sinus node dysfunction, residual shunt, and obstruction of the pulmonary veins or SVC. The patient is being operated on in Balaji Heart Hospital and Diagnostic Centre Byculla – Mumbai.
Family Background: Her father works as a labourer while her mother is a homemaker. Their monthly family income is 4000/- which is insufficient to cover the cost of medical expenses. Due to his responsibilities towards the family and they are dependent on him, her father cannot afford the treatment cost.
