Case History: Mast. Om Rajkumar Agrahari, a 7 years and 6-month-old boy, is diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot. This congenital heart defect disrupts normal blood flow through the heart, resulting from improper formation during fetal development. Surgical intervention is required to address the condition, involving widening or replacing the pulmonary valve, enlarging the passage to the pulmonary artery, and patching the ventricular septal defect to close the hole between the lower heart chambers. The patient is scheduled for surgery at Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre.

Family Background: Om’s father works as a scrap dealer, while his mother is a homemaker. The family’s financial situation is challenging, with his father earning a monthly income of 6000/-.
